ZBM coverage another masterpiece.
The sound is awful. Have they taken the childrens microphones there again? Not only is it "tinny" it's too quiet, so when the adverts come on you're then desparately searching to turn the volume down.
Does any one actually do a sound check? so far it doesn't look that way.

... the Villiage People singing YMCA and The Twist!! Was Dr Brown involved in picking the music...? I don't think Ewart swings that way. "YMCA" (1978), for example, told its presumably male audience about the delights of staying at the YMCA with other young men...

ZBM TV needs to hire an experienced Audio Broadcast Engineer. Seriously. The FCC would have shut them down ages ago... why do we put up with their garbage production?!

Sarcasm aside, I would happily pay for an HD feed of abc/cbs/nbc. It's ridiculous that BBC should expect to be paid for the rebroadcast of an OTA signal. Their primary transmission is so useless that without Cablevision thousands of viewers would be lost ... and to now ask those same viewers to subsidise an outdated physical plant that is similarly devoid of proper management, professionalism and basic broadcast standards is completely unacceptable. The Broadcast Commission (or whatever regulatory body is responsible for tv/radio/cable) should share the blame for this abysmal performance and be honest with the public regarding their wilful lack of oversight (or potential conflicts of interest).

Ever notice, in Bermuda, that there is lots of legislation and regulations to protect the public from this and that... or to ensure that this or that is done in accordance with the law... but there's very little enforcement!
