Be careful what is on your laptop screen in those boring meetings. I am sure this guy was just blathering on, and that there was good reason to be doing other stuff, but it sure looks bad in the picture being circulated on the internet. Imagine how much fun these congresspeople’s opponent is going to have with this picture in the next election campaign. LOL. That's the Connecticut General Assembly!....Norwalk and Bridgeport are in Fairfield county, which has one of the highest per capita incomes in the USA....too funny.
